Jeremy and Maria opted for not only an intimate backyard wedding, but a Wednesday night wedding. And I’m here for it.

I’m always amazed by all of the things that happen in a year.  365 days.  And yet it feels like it was only ten days.

Rain, rain- looks like you’re here to stay.  We’ll do our engagement session anyway! 

The last two weeks could honestly not have been more perfect for fall sessions.  Including this engagement session that includes some of my new favorites!

This wedding is giving me all the feels- about everything.  As I edited throughout the week, I experienced some self discovery and maybe even some breakthroughs in my thought process as a photographer.

May.  Here in Ohio, it could be sunny, rainy, or even snowing.  You really still never know just what to expect.  But Monica and Stephen landed on one of the most perfect spring days.

It finally happened.  He got down on one knee and asked you to be his bride.  It truly is one of the best moments of your life.  You finally get to plan that wedding you’ve always dreamed of.  But then reality sets in- weddings can have quite the price tag.

It’s no surprise that bride and groom portraits are my favorite part of wedding day.  And why not?  The day is about them after all.

If you would have told me ten years ago that I would be a wedding photographer, I would have laughed.  My entire life has been directed towards being a health care professional.

It may have been a little quiet around here for the last few months, but there has certainly been a lot going on.  In fact, it’s been quite the contrary.  With a newborn that made his appearance in November, life has been anything but quiet.
