It’s been a while, I know.  I took an unintentional but necessary hiatus from blogging.  But don’t worry, my September is going to be super active.. so get ready!  Starting with these two cuties’ engagement session.

Good things come to those who wait.  Pretty sure we talked about this before recently.  But it rings true again for Amanda and Dan.

Saturday was a dream.  And not just for these two newlyweds, but for this wedding photographer.  To this beautiful couple to the sweet details, I can’t help but look at these and smile.

On Monday I was reminded that patience is a virtue.  Despite the weather saying we were in the clear, the clouds rolled in and rain started within ten minutes of our senior shoot.

This weekend was the official start to my wedding season, and I couldn’t imagine spending it with anyone other than these two.

Have you ever had one of those “ah-ha” moments?  Where everything finally seems to be coming together the way you ACTUALLY pictured it in your mind.  This right here- this is one of those moments.

This year I introduced a new opportunity within AC Photography for high school seniors.  It’s the AC Photography Senior Spokesmodel application- and I am so excited to introduce my first spokesmodel of the year to you: Nicholas Moore.

Raise your hand if you love summer….  This girl right here does!  Warmth, light, longer days.  Give me all of it.  

As a wedding photographer, I love embarking on this exciting new journey with my couples.  From their engagement session to wedding day, I love getting into all the details and getting to serve them on the best day of their lives.  But what about after wedding day?  

Rain, rain, go away.  That’s what we were saying last weekend when Jim and Jessica’s original engagement session was scheduled.  But it did not.  The rain prevailed for 3 steady days.  But good things come to those who wait.
