The last two weeks could honestly not have been more perfect for fall sessions.  Including this engagement session that includes some of my new favorites!

While my wedding season ended early this year in September, my October booked up quick.  If it’s one thing our area has to offer, it’s an abundance of metroparks that show off the beautiful colors of autumn.  That’s why, it seems, just about everyone wants pictures during this time.  And can you blame them?  This particular engagement session was probably during peak color of the season.

Kayla and Klaus specifically requested a fall engagement session.  When they first got to the park, Kayla commented how she wished the colors had turned more.  Little did she know, I knew exactly where to go to show off those colors.  I told them we would start at one spot and then drive to another where I think they will be happy with what they see.  The first part of the session showed off beautiful golden sun.  But as we walked into our second destination, they both gasped.  THESE were the colors they were looking for (seen in the second half of this post).

Contrary to what they thought, these two are naturals in front of the camera.  Not because they knew how to pose, but because cuddling was natural to them.  They are also very easy going and fun- which made my job easy!  Looking forward to July with these two!
