Good morning Columbus!  Perfect light, weather and traffic for this Downtown Columbus Engagement session with Anna and Elmer this past Saturday.

I could go on and on about morning sessions, but thankfully I already did that in my last engagement post. But just as a recap, morning sessions are wonderful because: (in the summer) the weather is cooler and less humid, the morning glow light is beautiful, and there are less people to dodge in your pictures.  It’s always a win in my book.

A majority of my weddings are based in Toledo, Ohio, which will include Anna and Elmer here next year at the Sylvania Country Club.  However, because their love story started in Columbus and they continue to reside there, they asked if I was willing to come down there for their engagement session.  Why, of course!  Any chance to change up scenery is always fun and a way for me to be creative in my work.  I definitely have not spent enough time in my state’s capitol!  It is so beautiful down there with so many fun and and lovely places for engagement pictures (as seen below!)  This downtown Columbus Engagement session includes both city and nature vibes- both of which I love!
