So in case you didn’t notice, my website was down for three weeks (I know, you missed me right!?) But for real, I’m so sorry if anyone attempted to access it for information, or just for your own pleasure as I know there are a ton of AC Photography enthusiasts out there… Anyways. A couple things I love: summer, boating, relaxing, and eating outside. Basically all of the wonderful things about summer time! This weekend we had a blast taking my in-law’s boat to Canada’s Pelee Island with some friends.
Friday night entailed of docking at Middle Bass island. What a fun little island! The marina was beautiful, quaint and quiet. There are a lot of fun places to eat and listen to live music.. a few more things that I love. Saturday morning we set out on our maiden voyage to OH CANADA. Which was less than two hours by the way. Who knew?! Pelee is an island of Ontario Canada. And let me tell you, you would never know it was still Lake Erie comparing it to the Lake Erie only miles from my house at Maumee Bay. Water was BLUE, CLEAR, and oh so lovely. The way water should look really. And we loved it! We spent most of the day at the Pelee Island winery where we took the tour and learned some really interesting things! Shout out to the amazing guide Clement who had only been working there for 5 months and yet was a wealth of knowledge when it comes to wine making. But the best part of our weekend getaway… relaxation at it’s finest. Laying at the beach, hearing the waves slowly crawl up the shore. Wind blowing in my face during a relaxing boat ride (and thankfully no sea sickness- not so much for my poor hubby). Oh sweet summertime, don’t go so fast!
Model hubby 🙂
These two are just two peas in a pod.
And my lovely friend Mo, also know as Dr. Dewitt. She takes care of children and she is awesome.
And after careful instruction I can get my husband to take over the camera for a couple shots
Naturally we needed some sweet shots in the vineyard! Love love love this one!
The photos turned out real nice.
